About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Americas to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with full P&L ownership of the Americas region, driving regional strategy, revenue growth, client acquisition, and operational execution. This senior leadership position demands a proven track record in owning and scaling revenue or P&L, deep experience in selling complex payment or financial infrastructure solutions, and a strong understanding of the Americas payments landscape, including regulatory and market dynamics. The Head of Americas will also be responsible for leading regional sales, account management, and go-to-market efforts, as well as building and maintaining senior-level relationships with key clients and partners.

Applicants for the Head of Americas role at the company should have at least 15 years' of senior leadership experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or adjacent infrastructure businesses. The role requires a highly commercial, strategic, and data-driven decision-maker with executive presence and the ability to influence at the C-suite level. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in fast-growth, ambiguous, and highly regulated environments, and will be expected to build, lead, and scale high-performing regional teams. Operational and commercial excellence, including disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal governance, are also key qualifications for this position.
