Golf Course Assistant
Schedule tee times, check in golfers, and answer questions about golf course activities. Perform cash handling duties and track sales using POS system. Assist with F&B operations. Meets and greets all golfers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner in accordance with all facility policies and procedures. Dress and appearance are consistent with the Stansbury Service Agency standards, including the required uniform. Responsible for daily operations, including F&B, tee times, merchandise, and range. Perform cash handling functions and uphold Stansbury Service Agency and Utah State standards. Help keep all working areas attractive, neat, and clean, free of trash and waste. Keep the outside area uncontested, neat, and clean. Do not allow carts to clog the passage area. Arrange them neatly after having been used. Assist Golf Professional in the tournament setup of golf carts and range operations. Refer all major problems/complaints to the Golf pro. Administer leagues and answer questions about golf as needed. Maintain order and continuity of player traffic. Tracking and reporting the need for supplies necessary for their areas' day-to-day operations. Perform other duties as required. Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to communicate the Guest's needs to other Team Members. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
