Golf Relations Specialist - Hourly

Responsible for general customer service duties and assisting the golf professionals with day-to-day operations. Performs other related duties as required. Typical duties include: Answering phone calls and booking reservations for customers. Completing point-of-sale transactions for green fees and merchandise. Ensuring golf carts are clean and staged in an orderly fashion. Assisting with practice area and driving range operations and management. Responsible for cleanliness of clubhouse interior and grounds. Expediting play on a golf course. May make recommendations to golfers concerning joining other groups and waving other golfers through. Assisting in other golf operations as requested. Minimum qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge of golf industry and golf standards. Outstanding communications, public relations, and customer service skills. Ability to keep accurate records and maintain proper accounting of fees, purchases, and other activities. Ability to perform basic gardening or general maintenance work.
