About the HR Director Role:

The HR Director will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation, and organizational development. This role is ideal for someone with strong healthcare HR experience and a hands‑on leadership style.


Key Responsibilities of the HR Director:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
  • Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and coaching efforts
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and healthcare‑specific regulations
  • Manage performance review processes and support leadership development
  • Oversee benefits, compensation structures, and HR reporting
  • Support culture-building initiatives and employee engagement strategies
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment

Qualifications for the HR Director:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within healthcare
  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulations and HR compliance standards
  • Proven success in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, people‑focused environment
  • HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP/‑SCP) preferred
