What Youll Do as the
Director of Finance Serve as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership and the Board Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning Oversee full financial operations: GL, AP/AR, payroll, cash flow Ensure GAAP and nonprofit compliance; lead the annual audit Own grant and restricted-fund financial reporting Strengthening internal controls, systems, and reporting tools Lead and develop the finance team and external partners
What You Bring as the
Director of Finance Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience Strong nonprofit accounting, compliance, and reporting expertise Experience presenting to senior leadership and Boards CPA highly preferred
