Job Posting This is a remote position. The Remote Call Center Agent will handle inbound calls, convert them into leads, and ultimately secure towing jobs for clients. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls. Identify clients' needs and provide effective solutions. Convert incoming calls into leads and then into towing jobs. Working Conditions: Remote work environment. Shift-based role in a 24/7 Call Center. Operating in the Pacific Time Zone. Requirements: Computer Specifications: Minimum Intel Specs: Processor: Core i7 8th generation (or above) or Core i5 10th generation (or above) RAM: Minimum of 12 GB Storage: 128 GB SSD or higher Graphics: 2 GB graphics memory
