*About Us:* Our well-established *Metro-West Real Estate Law Firm* is seeking a *Real Estate Paralegal* to join our team. We’re a collaborative, client-focused practice that values professionalism, precision, and teamwork.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Serve as the primary contact for *lenders, clients, and attorneys* throughout the transaction process. * Prepare and review *Closing Disclosures, title commitments, and settlement statements*. * *Schedule and coordinate closings*, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * Manage files from *title order through post-closing*. * Ensure compliance with lender, title, and firm requirements.
*What We’re Looking For:*
* *3–5 years of real estate paralegal experience* (residential preferred). * Familiarity with *E-Closings software* or similar platforms preferred. * Excellent *communication, organization, and multitasking skills*. * Ability to work both *independently and collaboratively* in a fast-paced environment.
