This is a sales role in theIT Solutions Consulting and Managed Services industry with focus on DigitalTransformation Solution Consulting, Cloud Transformation, Cyber Security, DataManagement, AI Enablement space. Responsibilities:
Develop Business with existing customers andestablish new customers based on targeted sales techniques by ColdCalling, Customer Meetings, Partner and Industry Networking
Identify, Create, Develop and ManageOpportunities in the Sales Pipeline and Sales Management Platform toachieve Sales Targets and Goals
Understand Customer’s Business Objectives, ITPriorities and Initiatives
Position VentureSoft’s Portfolio of Products,Solutions, Services and Capabilities
Develop and maintain Strategic Relationships withcurrent and new customers and partner Contacts
Collaborate with Pre-Sales Internal Support Teams todevelop tailored solutions for the client
Excel in both farming and hunting salestechniques
Continue Education on industry trends, products,and market conditions
Continually meet or exceed sales targets byselling company products, solutions, and services to new and existingcustomers Travel within assigned sales territory to meetexisting and potential customers and attend company events
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: 5+ Years of Successful IT SalesExperience Previous field sales experience preferred Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experiencerequired Display a documented history of New BusinessDevelopment Required Skills: · Thorough knowledge of managing L2C deal cycles using nayestablished CRM systems Optimisticsales skills to overcome setbacks and establish the best outcome Ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals Effective written and verbal communicationskills Excellent presentation skills Proactive time management, planning, andorganization skills Ability to self-study and engage in independentwork to increase job-related knowledge and skills Ability to be approachable, maintain composure,and possess a professional attitude Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Self-motivated with ability to work with limiteddirection and oversight Strong consultative sales skills
