Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Advent Moxy Consultant to join our Wealth & Asset Management team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional expertise in trade order management and portfolio workflows with hands-on experience in Advent Moxy, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, operations, and compliance teams to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
Business Analysis: Document workflows for trade order routing, compliance checks, portfolio accounting, and reconciliation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
System Configuration: Perform hands‑on configuration of Advent Moxy modules, tailoring order management workflows to Wealth & Asset Management processes.
Integration Oversight: Coordinate integration projects with external systems (trading platforms, settlement systems, risk engines) using FIX, SWIFT, and APIs.
Project Delivery: Lead UAT, training sessions, and change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new functionalities.
Process Expertise: Provide deep functional insights into portfolio accounting, compliance reporting, and trade lifecycle management.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, enhance system performance, and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of techno‑functional experience with Advent Moxy in Wealth & Asset Management.
Hands‑on expertise in Moxy configuration, workflows, and compliance modules.
Strong functional knowledge of portfolio accounting, trade order workflows, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
Familiarity with financial instruments: equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX.
Technical understanding of SQL/Oracle databases, FIX protocol, and APIs (to collaborate effectively with technical teams).
Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Wealth & Asset Management domain projects.
Exposure to Advent Synchova for portfolio accounting and reporting.
Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Prior experience working in the Middle East financial services sector is a plus.
