Market Leadership:
Bring 3+ years of success in personal lines brokerage, ready to take ownership of complex, middle-market client accounts
Market Knowledge:
Demonstrate a strong technical command of insurance terminology, coverage, and products, backed by a clear understanding of agency operational excellence
Certification:
Active Property & Casualty License
Client Advocacy:
Exceptional ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, serving as a trusted advisor to clients
System Proficiency:
Fluent use of Applied Epic and the full Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to ensure seamless workflow and execution
The Position:
Serve as the primary, professional point of contact for clients and producers, delivering prompt service and expert consultation on personal insurance needs.
Meticulously review and process all insurance applications and compile critical data on policy changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate and oversee the delivery of comprehensive insurance services, including evaluating coverages, determining pricing, developing proposals, and finalizing new business and renewals.
Proactively collaborate with and provide necessary assistance to internal departments to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiency.
