
Position Overview
One of our client is seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Digital Crown and Bridge Designer to join our dental laboratory team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high‑quality fixed restorations using advanced DIGITAL technology. The ideal candidate has strong digital design experience, a solid understanding of dental anatomy, and a commitment to producing precise, esthetic, and functional restorations.

Key Responsibilities
Design crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays, veneers, and implant restorations using CAD software (e.g., 3Shape and Exocad).
Interpret digital scans, impressions, prescriptions, and doctor preferences to create accurate restorations.
Ensure proper occlusion, contacts, margins, and anatomy in all designs.
Collaborate with technicians, ceramists, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Review and adjust designs based on doctor feedback or internal quality checks.
Prepare files for milling, printing, or other manufacturing processes.
Maintain organized digital records and follow lab protocols for case management.
Stay current with new materials, design techniques, and digital dentistry advancements.
Troubleshoot design or file issues to ensure timely case completion.
Qualifications
Experience in a dental lab environment with a focus on fixed prosthetics.
Proficiency in DIGITAL dental design software (3Shape, Exocad, or similar).
Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and restorative principles.
Ability to read and interpret prescriptions, digital scans, and doctor instructions.
High attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet production deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with implant planning and custom abutment design.
Knowledge of zirconia, lithium disilicate, PMMA, and other restorative materials.
Familiarity with 3D printing and milling workflows.
Previous experience in a high‑volume or full‑service dental lab.
Work Environment
Fast‑paced dental laboratory setting.
Collaboration with designers, ceramists, and production teams.
Use of advanced digital tools, scanners, and manufacturing equipment.
