Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume and customer satisfaction scores. Collaborate with team members to provide the best customer experience possible. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities. Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and patience. Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
