hands‑on, technically fluent Solutions Consultant
who sits comfortably between leadership, engineers, and operations teams. The ideal candidate blends
systems thinking, integration depth, and client‑facing execution . Core Background & Experience
3–6 years experience
in software implementation, solutions architecture, or technical consulting roles Experience in
enterprise SaaS / platform implementations , ideally within supply chain, logistics, operations, or industrial systems Background at
consulting firms or enterprise software vendors
(e.g., Deloitte, Manhattan Associates, Siemens-type environments) Proven exposure to
complex, multi‑system environments
rather than single‑product deployments Primary Capabilities
Demonstrate Platform Value: Act as the solution champion responsible for showcasing the capabilities and value of the Aetos platform, ensuring alignment during sales and implementation activities to client expectations. Customer Discovery: Deeply engage in customer discovery, working to understand client workflows, pain points and business case to design tailored solutions that drive measurable value. Product Demonstrations: Prepare and execute compelling product demonstrations that clearly articulate how Aetos solves specific client challenges. Solution Design & Implementation: Lead solution design and implementation efforts, ensuring that our software is deployed effectively to meet client requirements. Integration Mapping: Conduct integration discovery and mapping to ensure seamless connectivity between Aetos and client ecosystems (e.g., IoT, SCADA, CMMS). Sales Support: Provide critical technical support to the sales team, helping to scope projects and validate technical feasibility to ensure successful client outcomes. Implementation & Delivery Capabilities
Has
led solution design
for real-world enterprise implementations (not just supported) Experience owning: Integration mapping E2E flow reviews Familiar with
Agile delivery , forecasting implementation effort, and coordinating cross-functional teams Able to identify bottlenecks, risks, and tradeoffs early and communicate them clearly Business & Client-Facing Skills
Comfortable working
directly with clients , including: Running technical working sessions Translating business requirements into system design Explaining technical constraints to non‑technical stakeholders Strong communicator who can bridge
product, engineering, operations, and leadership Understands business drivers like
cost savings, scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency Systems thinker: sees how components connect, not just how they work individually Builder mentality: enjoys designing, configuring, and improving real solutions Detail‑oriented but pragmatic — knows when “perfect” is the enemy of shipped Comfortable operating in
ambiguity
and evolving requirements Ownership‑driven: treats solution outcomes as their responsibility, not just deliverables Additional Expectations
Collaborate in person with the team at our Atlanta office on Mondays and Wednesdays. Conduct on‑site visits with clients and prospects to build strong relationships and deepen understanding of their challenges and opportunities. Travel for company off‑sites 2-3 times a year.
