Overview ChatAEC is looking for a hands‑on Growth Marketer to own demand generation and brand execution end‑to‑end. This is a builder role, not a coordinator role. You’ll be responsible for driving awareness, traffic, and early pipeline through paid media, content, and social strategies to define how ChatAEC shows up in the market.

You’ll work directly with the founding team and have real ownership over both strategy and execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early‑stage environments and enjoys turning ideas into measurable growth.

Paid Acquisition (Core Responsibility)

Own and execute PPC and display campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, etc.)

Manage targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization

Build and iterate landing pages and ad messaging aligned to ICPs and key use cases

Track and report on CAC, conversion rates, and channel performance

Social & Brand Presence

Own organic social strategy across LinkedIn and Instagram

Create and publish high‑quality content, including:

Short‑form video

Static and carousel posts

Founder‑led and product‑led content

Translate complex product value into clear, compelling narratives

Stay current with platform trends, formats, and best practices

Content Creation

Write and edit content across:

Website pages

Blog posts and SEO content

Ad copy

Email and nurture campaigns

Help establish ChatAEC’s voice as credible, authoritative, and trustworthy

Collaborate with sales to support ABM efforts with case studies, testimonials, and sales enablement assets

Analytics & Performance

Own Google Analytics and HubSpot setup and reporting

Track and analyze:

Traffic sources

Conversion funnels

Campaign performance

Turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

Requirements

Experience in marketing AEC technology

Proven experience with PPC and display marketing

Strong Google Analytics reporting experience

Hands‑on social media execution, especially LinkedIn and Instagram (samples required)

Comfortable creating video and visual assets using tools like Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc. (portfolio required)

Strong B2B content writing skills with an eye toward SEO and LLM optimization

Ability to operate independently and prioritize effectively in a startup environment

Experience marketing B2B SaaS or technical products

Familiarity with SEO and programmatic content

Experience supporting early‑stage brands
