Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent, office in Roseville, CA. Candidate can live in Northern California. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, managing construction schedules, monitoring safety compliance, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, coordinating project materials and resources, ensuring quality control standards are met, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety
Strong Organization Skills to effectively manage schedules, resources, and logistics
Experience in Budgeting and Project Management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders
Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and best practices
Proficient in construction-related software and technology
Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail
Prior construction management experience required
