
We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Package Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong design sensibility and the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling, functional packaging solutions. This role collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams including product development, marketing, and production to create packaging that aligns with our brand and resonates with consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop innovative packaging concepts that align with brand identity and functional requirements
Create detailed design specifications, dielines, and prototypes for new and existing packaging
Research market trends, materials, and competitive products to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for innovation
Prepare and present design concepts, incorporating feedback and executing revisions efficiently
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Partner with production and vendors to ensure designs are print‑ready and executed accurately
Stay current with industry trends, materials, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
3+ years of professional packaging design experience (fitness, consumer goods, or appliance packaging preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with 3D modeling tools is a plus
Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, structural thinking, and creative problem‑solving
Solid understanding of materials, printing processes, and packaging construction
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
