Property Manager
to oversee day-to-day operations for two
55+ active adult rental communities
(duplex homes and apartments). This role is
post-move-in focused only — no leasing responsibilities —with resident satisfaction as a top priority.
Highlights
Manage resident experience from move-in through move-out
Oversee operations, maintenance coordination, and vendors
Execute budgets, rent collection, and reporting
Ensure Fair Housing and 55+ compliance
Report directly to the Asset Manager
Requirements
3+ years of residential property management experience
Strong operational, financial, and resident-service skills
Proficiency with property management/CRM software
