Role Overview We’re hiring an

Influencer Marketing Manager

to own the strategy and execution of primarily B2B, influencer-led campaigns. You’ll be responsible for designing high-impact launch strategies, managing influencer relationships, and making sure campaigns cut through the noise on Twitter/X and LinkedIn. This role works closely with our Campaign Manager, Influencer Marketing Coordinator, and creative team, and uses virtual assistants to scale outreach and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead influencer-driven campaign strategies grounded in platform-specific best practices for X and LinkedIn.

Identify, define, and refine ideal creator profiles based on each brand’s audience, voice, and launch goals.

Oversee influencer sourcing, qualification, and outreach processes, with hands‑on support from the influencer marketing coordinator.

Review influencer deliverables and provide clear, actionable feedback to ensure content aligns with strategy and cultural context.

Maintain and manage campaign tracking systems (Google Sheets, Airtable, or influencer tools) covering budgets, timelines, deliverables, and performance.

Partner with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure influencer content integrates seamlessly into larger launch narratives.

Monitor platform trends, emerging formats, and meme cycles to keep campaigns timely, relevant, and competitive.

3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social campaigns, or related roles (agency background preferred).

Demonstrated ability to lead influencer campaigns end‑to‑end, from concept through launch.

Highly organized, with strong working knowledge of Google Sheets (Airtable, Notion, or similar tools are a plus).

Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.

Deep familiarity with TikTok, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn ecosystems; being “chronically online” definitely helps.

Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience managing budgets, measuring performance, and using data to inform decisions.
