We’re looking for a Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of primarily B2B influencer-driven campaigns. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping campaign strategy, guiding influencer partnerships, and ensuring launches break through on platforms like X, and LinkedIn. You’ll collaborate closely with our Campaign Director and creative team, while leveraging assistants to amplify outreach and execution efforts. Key Responsibilities

Develop campaign strategies around social media best practices for influencers to drive viral product launches on X and LinkedIn. Define ideal influencer profiles for each campaign and ensure talent aligns with brand voice, audience, and goals. Manage sourcing, vetting, and outreach workflows with support from influencer marketing coordinator Review and provide feedback on influencer content to ensure it aligns with campaign objectives and resonates culturally. Oversee campaign tracking systems for budgets, deliverables, and performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams to integrate influencer work into broader campaigns. Stay on top of social trends, meme cycles, and platform updates to keep campaigns culturally relevant and ahead of the curve. Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or campaign strategy (B2B and agency experience preferred). Proven track record of leading influencer campaigns from strategy through execution. Strong organizational skills and fluency in campaign tracking tools (Google Sheets required; Airtable, Notion, or platforms like Grin/AspireIQ a plus). Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Deep understanding of X, and LinkedIn culture; "chronically online" is a plus. Highly detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Experience with budgets, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making. Location
