Customer Service and Communication skills to maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams Sales and Business Development expertise to identify and pursue new opportunities Project Estimation skills to accurately assess project requirements and costs Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills Proficiency in relevant software tools and knowledge of industry standards Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment Experience in the construction, excavation, or related industries is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
