The Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)- Product Supply provides enterprise-level leadership to a team of HR Business Partners and HR professionals, delivering strategic, proactive and compliant human resources support aligned with business priorities.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, balancing strategic influence with operational rigor across employee relations, workforce planning organizational design, talent management and change leadership. The HRBP Director partners closely with business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen organizational performance, foster and inclusive and value-driven culture, and ensure consistent application of people practices across the enterprise. Duties & Responsibilities

Provides overall leadership and development for the HRBP team, promoting a "One Team" mindset and consistent enterprise practices. Serves as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, enhancing leadership capabilities, organizational effectiveness and business performance Owns the execution of strategic compensation plans, governance and people programs including employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development and succession planning Partners with Safety and Operations leadership to embed safety into culture, leadership expectations and performance management Leads complex, employee relations matters including investigations, EEOC matters, litigation support and compliance inquiries, exercising sound judgement and risk mitigation Ensuring alignment between client group strategies and enterprise priorities, driving consistency while addressing unique business needs. Ensures accurate case management documentation and system administration Oversee performance management, objectives setting and service delivery standards for the HRBP team, managing teams' results Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Proven leader with a strong track record of coaching, developing and influencing HR teams in multi-site or enterprise environments Expertise in employee relations, investigations and employment law compliance Strong change management capability Excellent influencing, communication, facilitation and presentation skills for different organizational levels Strong technology proficiency and ability to leverage HR Systems and tools Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or related field, or equivalent progressive experience 5-7 years of progressive human resources experience Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience leading and developing HR teams PHR, SPHR or SHRM-PCP certification Work Environment

Office - based role with regular interaction and travel to field, operational or manufacturing locations as required Candidate of choice MUST live within the Carolina's MU - Anywhere within North or South Carolina.
