What You’ll Do as an AT&T Customer Service Representative: Support customers as an AT&T Customer Service Representative whilst maintaining great customer service. Respond to customer inquiries regarding AT&T’s wireless, internet, and TV services, including billing, plan features, and device support. Act as an AT&T Customer Service Representative, proactively guiding customers to features or upgrades that will genuinely enhance their service experience and result in a sale, driving new direct customer support & sales. Great communication skills, ensuring every client leaves the interaction satisfied with their purchase and the quality of your direct customer service. Meet or exceed performance benchmarks related to customer satisfaction, service quality, and issue resolution.
