As an AT&T Sales Agent, you will engage directly with customers to understand their needs, present AT&T products, and close new business opportunities. This AT&T Sales Agent position focuses on consultative sales, relationship building, and consistent follow-up. Each AT&T Sales Agent plays a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding brand awareness.

Responsibilities of an AT&T Sales Agent: Initiate contact with potential, current, and former customers in person to provide a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ wireless products and services Collaborate with fellow AT&T Sales Agents and Client Relations Representatives on innovative sales strategies, current industry trends, and effective sales tactics to increase customer acquisitions Execute the full sales cycle as an AT&T Sales Agent, from initial contact through close Maintain and organize sales contracts and other confidential customer information in our POS system Follow compliance guidelines as outlined by our clients and represent the brand in a professional manner at all times
