Job Title

Identify prospective customers and lead generation; Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs; Emphasize the features of equipment and highlight how they solve customer's needs; Answers questions about the equipment; Work directly with Dealer to negotiate pricing and terms of sales/rental agreement; Maintain contact list and follow up with customers; Support dealers in understanding spare parts support processes and support systems available; Assist dealers in calculating potential spare parts business based upon dealers' machine park etc. - type of machines, working conditions and working hours; Prepare parts quotations; Measure and monitor annual AOP (Budget) Plans; Understand dealer market conditions and potential issues and make corrective action plans to assist dealer in overcoming; Work with dealers to educate them on the benefits of holding inventory; Collect market price information for spare parts and feed into pricing team; Oversee any back-order issues and develop a solution to support dealer; Promote product support agenda and service kit development; Provide a monthly management report listing visits and risks/opportunities, and Effectively promote parts programs to drive global awareness to Terex's dealers. Domestic (U.S.) travel required up to 90% to travel at client's site and potential client's site in Indiana and Michigan. Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a Powerscreen Sales Associate-related occupation. Position requires demonstrable experience in the following: Demonstrable practical knowledge of the principles and practices involved in new business development, product marketing and sales. Demonstrate experience working in a heavy equipment business specifically in technical sales or commercial roles. Demonstrable experience using digital dealer portals for accessing technical documents and building sales presentations. Demonstrable experience using telematics systems for monitoring equipment in the field. Demonstrable experience managing a sales pipeline in a CRM (Salesforce or similar). Demonstrable experience using market data to target potential sales leads and identify opportunities. Demonstrable technical training of crushing and screening equipment in performance optimization in aggregate and recycling applications. Demonstrable understanding of customer financing to provide tailored solutions with finance providers. Domestic (U.S.) travel required up to 90% to travel at client's site and potential client's site in Indiana and Michigan.
