What You’ll Do
Lead hands-on business analysis for an Acumatica ERP implementation across manufacturing and distribution operations Conduct structured discovery with SMEs and business leaders to capture current-state and future-state workflows Write clear business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules Translate business processes into build-ready ERP requirements for configuration, integrations, reporting, and data Partner with IT, developers, and implementation partners in an Agile delivery model to clarify requirements and reduce rework Support SIT and UAT by defining test scenarios, validating results, coordinating feedback, and managing defect triage Drive alignment across stakeholders by documenting decisions, assumptions, risks, and dependencies What Experience You’ll Have
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst on enterprise system implementations Strong hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and traceability Proven ability to lead discovery sessions, process mapping, and stakeholder alignment efforts Experience working closely with developers, implementers, and QA throughout build and testing phases What Experience Is Nice to Have
Acumatica ERP experience or experience with comparable platforms (NetSuite, Dynamics 365, SAP) Manufacturing and/or distribution domain experience Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog and Agile work management
