Grow cement sales by developing strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Manage accounts with a focus on long-term value, customer satisfaction, and proactive problem-solving. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service levels, product availability, and effective pricing strategies. Analyze market trends and customer needs to support strategic decision-making. Represent Heidelberg Materials at industry events, customer meetings, and community engagements. What Are We Looking For
Strong ability to build relationships and influence customer decision-making. Proven capability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively. This role works in a hybrid field and office environment with regular travel to customer locations, job sites, and industry events. Periodic exposure to outdoor weather and active construction or industrial settings may occur, with proper safety protocols in place. What We Offer
