What You'll Be Doing
Develop and strengthen customer relationships to drive cement sales and support customer needs Identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategies to expand market presence Coordinate with operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure accurate product delivery and customer satisfaction Prepare and present proposals, forecasts, and market insights to support sales planning Maintain accurate records of customer activity, pricing, and market trends using internal systems What Are We Looking For
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams Ability to identify customer needs, provide solutions, and deliver a high level of service Comfortable analyzing market data and using digital tools to support sales decisions Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple customer accounts effectively A proactive, results-oriented approach with a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction Work Environment This position involves a combination of office and field work, requiring regular customer visits, coordination with internal teams, and independent time management. Travel within the assigned territory is expected to support customer relationships and business growth.
