About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of North America Enterprise XR to take on a pivotal role in leading the commercial strategy, revenue, and team build-out for the enterprise XR business. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning enterprise revenue performance, building the sales channel from the ground up, and driving significant revenue growth in the competitive XR/VR market. This includes designing and executing the go-to-market strategy, setting and managing sales targets, and leading a team to meet and exceed sales goals. The role also involves developing relationships with ISVs, channel partners, and solution integrators to create scalable enterprise XR solutions and ecosystem value.

Applicants for this role should have a senior enterprise sales leadership background in technology, with a preference for those with direct XR/VR experience or deep exposure to immersive or adjacent technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building enterprise sales channels, strong people leadership experience, and the ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key responsibilities include collaborating with global product and leadership teams, representing the voice of enterprise customers, and ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of the sales process. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of an organization.
