ETS Wound Care is developing novel, next generation treatments to support wound healing with bioactive glass technology. Their MIRRAGEN Advanced Wound Matrix is the first FDA cleared inorganic bioactive glass‑based wound care solution.
Product MIRRAGEN Advanced Wound Matrix (MIRRAGEN link) is intended to manage a variety of wounds, including Diabetic Foot Ulcers, pressure ulcers, vascular ulcers, trauma wounds, and 1st and 2nd degree burns. It can also be used as an adjunct to support wounds treated surgically in the OR. It is solely composed of bioabsorbable glass fibers and particles. It is a synthetic and flexible solution that supports wound healing. It reduces healing time, minimizes treatment costs, and improves patient outcomes.
Position Overview Develop and execute sales strategies to gain market share through targeting key wound care centers and government/physician practices and related wound care targets within the assigned territory. Sell ETS product “Mirragen” by careful analysis of where opportunities lie.
Acceptable Candidate Locations Within the territory
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $90-100k
Total Income: $200k
$9K annual car allowance
Uncapped commission (plan to be provided separately by the manager)
5% 401(k) match from day one (not vested)

Minimum Requirements (required experience)
BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience required
Either 3-6 years of experience in the wound care field with progressive, responsible positions or 3-6 years in medical sales is required
3-6 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry preferred
O.R. or surgical experience is a plus
Experience with skin substitutes preferred.
Previous experience in startups and medium-sized companies.

Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Job Description
Identify targets and execute selling strategies based on company's direction through ethical selling practices.
Drive sales growth through helping to derive best practices to ensure proper targeting and appropriate reimbursement practices.
Contribute key learnings to the team at ETS to demonstrate key understanding of the marketplace and places of strategic opportunities.
Use approved corporate literature, scientific data and presentations to customer and potential customers with approved claims from HA.
Provide reporting and tracking of sales activities and territory sales forecasts based on agreed upon timelines
Demonstrate an understanding of industry products, updates and market knowledge.
Ensure that all activities conform to company guidelines, travel/expense guidelines compliance standards, Code of Ethics and federal/state/local laws.
Assist with training field Area Managers as needed
Other duties as assigned.
