Jeff Sawyer State Farm is seeking a highly motivated, sales-dominant Acquisitions Specialist who thrives on outbound activity, building pipelines, and closing new business. This is a production-focused role built for a competitive professional who wants their income directly tied to effort and results.
You will drive agency growth by generating new opportunities, leading consultative sales conversations, and converting prospects into long-term policyholders. This role requires confidence, discipline, and a strong desire to win.
Licensing Requirements
Full licensing is required.
If you do not currently hold a Property & Casualty license, it must be obtained prior to Day 1 in the office Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting Full licensing support is provided to help you successfully complete the process.
What You'll Do
Generate new business through outbound calls, digital leads, referrals, and community outreach Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects Conduct needs-based sales conversations and present tailored insurance solutions Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies Follow up aggressively and consistently to convert quotes into bound policies Cross-sell additional product lines to maximize household revenue Track daily activity metrics and meet or exceed acquisition targets Maintain compliance with agency and regulatory standards What We're Looking For
Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to hit and exceed goals Confidence initiating outbound contact and handling objections Strong communication and persuasion skills Organized, disciplined, and consistent with follow-up Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment Prior experience in sales, marketing, or insurance preferred Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above What We Offer
