What You’ll Do
Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community outreach
Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline
Conduct needs-based conversations that uncover coverage gaps
Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
Handle objections confidently and move prospects toward decision
Track daily activity and consistently hit monthly production goals
Maintain compliance with agency and state regulations
Licensing Requirements Full licensing is required.
Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office
Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire
Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance are provided throughout the process
