What You’ll Do
Proactively generate and close new business from warm leads, referrals, and outbound prospecting
Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover coverage gaps
Quote, present, and close policies across multiple product lines
Cross-sell and upsell to maximize account protection
Maintain a disciplined pipeline and consistently hit monthly production goals
Support service interactions while keeping a strong sales focus
Collaborate with team members to exceed office revenue targets
Licensing Requirements Full licensing is required. Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start. Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire. Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance are provided throughout the process.
