Title - Digital Print Coordinator/Print Operator Schedule Friday (8 AM – 6 PM), Saturday (8 AM – 4:30 PM), Sunday and Monday (11:30 AM – 10 PM)

Job Summary Digital Print Coordinator’s role involves heavy client interaction via verbal and written communication. Customer Service skills are essential. The coordinator will manage workflow activities—including job intake, operating print jobs, record‑keeping, shipping and receiving—to ensure customer satisfaction in all areas of responsibility. The applicant must be able to multitask, understand complex work instructions, and maintain high quality logs and reporting documentation with strong attention to detail. Cross‑training participation and performance of additional duties as needed are also required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to emails regarding job inquiries.

Monitor email traffic across various intake areas and assess incoming print jobs and requested deadlines.

Communicate effectively with clients about job requirements and negotiate deadlines as necessary.

Organize and prioritize jobs in queue to optimize client expectations.

Assign print jobs fairly among operators and ensure the team is fully utilized and productive.

Operate print, copy, scanning, binding, and finishing equipment, including high‑volume digital printers and Fiery software.

Perform finishing tasks such as wire‑O, 3‑hole drill, lamination, envelope stuffing, folding, and cutting.

Troubleshoot machine problems and maintain equipment in working order.

Use Microsoft Office suite and document scanning/indexing tools.

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in mail/document preparation, scanning, and/or indexing.

Ability to work individually or in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational, administrative, and customer‑service skills.

Experience operating various print equipment, including high‑speed digital printers.

Familiarity with Fiery software and copy equipment such as Konica Minolta, Xerox, or Ricoh.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, sit, stand, or walk for long periods, as required.

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Must meet employer attendance policy and be able to work under critical deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong copy background and experience running large copy jobs and binding (wire‑O, 3‑ring binder).

Excellent customer service and ability to handle demanding clients professionally.

Capability to adapt to a fast‑growing production environment.

"The pay range for this position is between $19.00 - $20.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered."
