Job Description This is a full-time, Outside Sales position based out of Orlando, FL.

Base salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 with

NO CAP

on commission and realistic opportunity to make $200,000+ annually!

Our client is a wholesale distributor ofroofing/ aluminum products, building supplies and multiple roofing products.Outside SalesRepresentatives at my client haveexclusive salestoolsto enhance their successin business-to-business sellingand have highearning potential.

In this role, you willsell buildingsupplies and industrial products to contractor customers, and Builders….Youwill collaborate with the Branch Manager on ways to strategically build newrelationships with prospective customers in the industry. In addition, you willprovide your customers with superior service as you assist them with a fullrange of products and services tomeet their contracting needs.

Specific duties may include:

Cultivating andmanaging customer relationships

Build relationshipswith Builders/Contractors Utilizing sales reports and other data torecognize sales opportunities in customer buying patterns

Making cold callsto prospective customers when needed.

Following salesleads and scheduling appointments with prospective customers

Following up withcustomers and providing solutions, should a service concern arise

Providing trainingto customers and their teams on various product lines and services

Requirements Specific qualifications include

:

College degree(Business, Sales or other related field) or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience

Specific industryknowledge is KRY including both current sales with roofing, siding, productlines and the overall building contractor process, is required. Needa book of business

Knowledge and experienceof window and siding materials, roofing and siding is preferred

Previous roofing andsiding sales experience is required working with your builder andcontractor relationships.

Must have valid driver’slicense, own reliable transportation, be able to pass MVR check, andvehicle insurance must meet company’s requirements

Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills
