real estate industry
is seeking a
Training Content Creator
to support their Process Design + Operations team. This contract role focuses on transforming subject?matter expertise into polished, interactive training materials, with a strong emphasis on building eLearning courses using
iSpring Suite .
This is a hands?on, production?focused role ideal for someone who enjoys turning raw or minimal content into engaging, learner?friendly training experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Convert raw content—including SOPs, process documentation, screenshots, and functional owner input—into clear, engaging training materials
Develop interactive eLearning modules using
iSpring Suite , including:
Narration and step?by?step simulations
Interactive exercises and branching scenarios
Knowledge checks and quizzes
Visual layouts, animations, and multimedia elements
Incorporate screen recordings and voiceovers into course content
Design supplemental materials such as job aids, quick?reference guides, and visual resources
Ensure consistency with corporate branding, tone, and learning standards
Perform QA reviews to validate functionality, grammar, user flow, and technical performance
Manage multiple training modules concurrently while meeting deadlines
Required Skills & Experience
Hands?on experience creating training content using
iSpring Suite
Strong instructional design fundamentals and experience designing for adult learners
Proven ability to turn minimal or rough content into polished training experiences
Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline?driven environment
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
