This full-time, in-office role involves collaborating closely with the President, CEO, and CRO to ensure smooth operations, customer engagements, meeting coordination, project management, and sales support. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills, a background in sales support, and the ability to engage effectively with affluent private jet clientele. Key Responsibilities Sales Support:

Provide dedicated support to the CRO, President, and CEO in sales activities targeting high-net-worth individuals who own jets for Silver Air's private jet management services.

Assist in preparing personalized sales proposals, contracts, and presentations according to prospective clients' unique needs and preferences.

Collaborate with the Executive team to develop and implement effective strategies for aircraft owners.

Conduct comprehensive research on potential clients to enable personalized and targeted sales approaches.

Sales Collateral and Presentations:

Partner with marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and presentations to appeal to aircraft owners.

Develop materials highlighting the unique value proposition of Silver Air's private jet management services.

Ensure all sales materials are current, visually appealing, and consistent with the company's brand guidelines.

Continuously improve sales collateral based on feedback, market trends, and industry best practices.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, assess sales strategies' effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Prepare regular reports for the CRO and other executives, providing insights on lead generation, sales conversions, revenue growth, and other key performance indicators.

Monitor the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts, tracking progress against targets and goals.

Work with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure sales data accuracy in project management software and CRM system.

Coordination and Support:

Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the Executive team with prospective clients, ensuring efficient time management and scheduling.

Assist in travel arrangements and logistics for smooth coordination between the Executive team, Executive Assistants, and aircraft owners during the sales process.

Document comprehensive meeting notes, capturing crucial details, requirements, and action items.

Act as a liaison between the CRO, Executives, and other internal departments to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Experience in aviation is desirable but not required.

Skills/Knowledge/Behaviors:

Functional & Technical Competencies:

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience with WebEx and Zoom video conferencing platforms.

Familiarity with project management software such as monday.com is preferred.

Experience with CRM software, such as HubSpot is preferred.
