An established electronics e-commerce company is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Marketing Manager

to own and grow our Shopify direct-to-consumer (DTC) business. This role carries full responsibility for revenue performance, profitability, and execution across all digital marketing channels. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position suited for someone who thrives on testing, optimizing, and driving measurable results — not a corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize all DTC marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, email marketing, SEO, and on‑site conversion optimization

Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability and efficiency targets

Own the full customer funnel from initial ad engagement through checkout optimization

Launch, test, scale, or discontinue campaigns quickly based on performance data

Manage external agencies and virtual assistants, ensuring accountability and performance

Develop clear, actionable reporting focused on revenue, profit, and growth metrics

Oversee and optimize the DTC technology stack and marketing systems

Lead creative direction for advertising and messaging with a performance‑driven mindset

Serve as the primary owner of overall DTC performance and results

Requirements:

Proven experience managing and scaling Shopify DTC businesses

Strong hands‑on expertise with paid digital advertising and marketing funnels

Comfort with performance accountability, revenue targets, and P&L responsibility

Highly organized, execution‑focused, and quick to adapt

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams

Self‑starter mentality with the ability to move quickly and drive outcomes
