
We are looking for a hands‑on, data‑driven eCommerce Creative Strategist to own and grow performance across all off‑Amazon channels. This is a builder role. A doer. Someone fast.
You will combine analytics, creative thinking, and execution to drive revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities Performance Ownership
Own revenue and margin performance across all non-Amazon channels
Track KPIs daily
Identify performance gaps and fix them quickly
Creative & Growth Strategy
Lead performance-driven creative direction across ads, listings, PDPs, and campaigns
Launch, test, scale, or kill initiatives fast based on data
Align messaging, promotions, and positioning with sales strategy
Execution & Team Management
Manage agencies and offshore teams with clear KPIs
Set priorities and ensure fast, clean execution
Remove bottlenecks and push initiatives forward
Reporting & Communication
Build simple, actionable reporting
Translate numbers into clear next steps
Flag risks early and propose solutions
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of multi-channel eCommerce experience (not Amazon-focused)
Proven track record driving revenue growth in DTC or marketplace environments
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Experience in digital marketing / PPC / paid media
Management experience- including agencies and remote execution teams
