
Field Sales Representative – Sportswear (Florida)

focused on building authentic relationships across the sports community. We work closely with
gyms, tennis, padel, and pickleball clubs , and our mission is to establish a strong on‑ground presence wherever sports are played.
Role Description This is a
full‑time, on‑site field sales role
based in
South Florida , with frequent travel across the state.
You will be responsible for developing new accounts, managing relationships, and expanding Tower’s footprint across gyms, clubs, academies, and sports retailers. The role is highly field‑driven and ideal for someone who enjoys being in front of clients and representing a brand in person.
Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with gyms, tennis, padel, and pickleball clubs
Open new accounts and grow existing ones
Conduct in‑person product presentations and brand introductions
Provide product training and support to partners
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate internally to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Experience in
sales , preferably in
apparel, sportswear, or lifestyle brands
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Comfortable with
frequent travel across Florida
Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
Self‑motivated and results‑oriented
Compensation
Fixed salary + commission
