As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer who not only excels in escrow operations but also brings a proactive, relationship-driven marketing mindset.
Position Overview This role blends traditional escrow responsibilities with business development and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable building and maintaining relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, and attorneys.
Key Responsibilities Escrow Operations
Open, manage, and close residential and/or commercial escrow files from start to finish
Prepare and review escrow instructions, closing disclosures, settlement statements, and related documents
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys to ensure timely closings
Resolve title, escrow, and closing issues efficiently and professionally
Committed to team collaboration with a shared goal of delivering exceptional customer experiences
Takes active role in coaching and guiding new team members as they develop their skills and learn the business
Marketing & Business Development
Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and other referral partners
Actively market escrow and title services to generate new business
Participate in networking events, open houses, and industry functions
Collaborate with management on marketing strategies and growth initiatives
Represent the company professionally in the local real estate community
Qualifications
Active Escrow Officer license (where required)
Minimum 3 years of escrow experience
Strong knowledge of escrow processes, title insurance, and closing procedures
Proven ability or strong interest in business development and marketing
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with escrow/title software and standard office tools
