SEO / SEM Program Manager (In-House, Global B2B) Location:

International Process Plants (IPP) is bringing SEO and paid search fully in-house and is hiring a senior, hands‑on SEO / SEM Program Manager to own global organic and paid search performance. This is an individual contributor role with full execution ownership.

What You’ll Do

Own hands‑on SEO execution: technical SEO, on‑page optimization, site structure, and content

Fix international SEO issues (hreflang, indexing, foreign‑language pages)

Build and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including international markets (UK/EU)

Own keywords, bids, ad copy, landing‑page alignment, and performance

Tie SEO and SEM directly to qualified leads and revenue

Write and optimize technical B2B content for industrial equipment

Continuously improve ROI across organic and paid search

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of hands‑on SEO + SEM experience

Proven success running Google Ads (including international campaigns)

Strong WordPress experience (technical + international configuration)

Solid technical SEO fundamentals (indexing, structure, on‑page)

Experience with large keyword sets (e‑commerce or complex B2B)

Comfortable in lean environments

Able to connect search performance to pipeline and revenue

Associate’s degree or higher required
