We're seeking a strategic and technically-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to own and optimize our corporate digital presence. Reporting to the Manager of Global Demand Generation, you'll be the driving force behind our website's performance, user experience, and search visibility; directly impacting lead generation and brand awareness across global markets.

Key Responsibilities Website Management & Optimization

Own day-to-day monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of the corporate WordPress website

Create, update, and optimize web pages and content to drive engagement and conversions

Ensure website performance, security, and uptime meet best-in-class standards

SEO & Search Strategy

Implement comprehensive SEO/SEM strategies including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-site tactics

Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis

Optimize for international markets with localized SEO strategies (huge plus)

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, HotJar, and HubSpot

Create actionable reports and presentations for stakeholders on traffic, conversions, and user behavior

Identify optimization opportunities based on data insights

Collaborate with and direct external agencies and contractors to execute website projects

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Proficiency

Proven SEO/SEM knowledge with demonstrated results

Marketing Tools

Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4)

Experience with HotJar for user behavior analysis

Working knowledge of HubSpot CMS and marketing automation

Technical SEO Advanced : Schema markup, structured data, Core Web Vitals optimization, XML sitemaps

Tag Management : Google Tag Manager implementation and troubleshooting

Marketing Automation : HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, form optimization

Web Performance : Page speed optimization, CDN configuration, image optimization

Analytics Enhancement : Custom reporting, data visualization (Looker Studio/Data Studio), event tracking

Content Strategy : Editorial calendar management, content optimization frameworks

Design Collaboration : Basic Figma/Adobe Creative Suite knowledge or ability to provide clear creative direction

Web Infrastructure : Understanding of hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, domain management

Additional Platforms : Experience with Unbounce, Webflow, or other landing page builders

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience do you have in digital marketing, web management, or similar role

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Portfolio demonstrating website projects and measurable SEO/traffic improvements

Experience in B2B marketing environment preferred
