
Account Manager - Automotive Fabric

As a member of the automotive fabric team, the Account Manager will be responsible for key account management, new business pursuits, and customer support.
The Role
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Lead key growth and account management initiatives in assigned product lines & customer basis
Support the development & execution of specific customer strategies in support of, and in collaboration with regional, global sales strategies and goals
Establish & grow solid relationships with key customers including purchasing, engineering, and other relevant functions
Support tech shows, technical presentations, and marketing efforts at OEM, Tier and internal customers
Build internal relationships with key global engineering & commercial team members
Travel as required to customer plants, fabric plants, and other locations
Support overall fabric organization through various reporting, system and other functions
Your Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in engineering or business-related field
10+ years of experience in automotive fabric for seating, overhead systems, and other applications
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Understanding of basic finance elements
Strong technical acumen
Ability to operate autonomously and proactively
Strong team player & ability to manage global cultures
Bonus If You Have
Spanish, Korean, or Japanese language skills
Textile engineering, program management, or quality experience
