Senior Account Executive
to lead strategic sales efforts, accelerate revenue growth, and build long‑term client partnerships within this critical vertical. This high‑impact role requires an experienced cybersecurity sales professional who excels in consultative, enterprise‑level engagements and understands the regulatory, operational, and risk challenges faced by financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic sales initiatives within the Financial Services Industry, identifying and converting high‑value enterprise opportunities
Build, manage, and execute a robust sales pipeline aligned to ambitious growth targets
Develop and own strategic account plans for key clients, ensuring sustained growth and long‑term client satisfaction
Engage and influence C‑level and senior stakeholders, positioning LRQA as a trusted cybersecurity advisor
Collaborate with leadership to shape and execute FSI‑specific go‑to‑market strategies
Partner closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful solution design, execution, and client outcomes
Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing best practices and strengthening consultative selling capabilities
Represent LRQA at industry events, conferences, and client forums to enhance brand presence and thought leadership
Deliver accurate forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and methodologies
Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence across the sales organization
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum of 8 years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity services, with a proven track record in complex, consultative sales cycles
Deep knowledge of the Financial Services Industry, including regulatory frameworks, risk‑management priorities, and digital transformation trends
Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic account plans for large, high‑value clients
Experience mentoring and coaching sales professionals in a high‑performance environment
Established network within financial institutions and enterprise organizations
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior and executive stakeholders
Strong CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management
Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical, delivery, and marketing teams
Strategic, proactive, and result‑driven mindset with a passion for cybersecurity
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment with a high degree of autonomy
Compensation Salary range: $100,000–$115,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Eligible for annual performance bonus and commission‑based compensation under the Global Sales Incentive Scheme.
