Role Overview We’re looking for a seasoned business development executive to play a key role in expanding our presence across luxury and premium beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands in North America and beyond. You'll drive business growth through trusted client partnerships. Please note that this role is 100% commission based, there is no salary tied to the position. Candidates looking for a great deal of flexibility in terms of work location and hours are ideal for the position.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Business Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities with top-tier beauty and luxury brands in the U.S. market.
Build Strong Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering innovative and ethical solutions aligned with their brand vision.
Foster a collaborative, positive team culture that reflects our values of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in beauty, luxury, and/or lifestyle industries.
Strong project management and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainability and design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and client management experience
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
Understanding of creative processes (storyboarding, scripting, shot planning)
Knowledge of video/photo terminology and formats
