We are looking for individuals with BDC or equivalent call center experience and the drive to succeed. Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Responsibilities: Address incoming sales calls Email, text, and call customers with information pertaining to their vehicle purchase Keep up-to-date notes in the CRM Address customer concerns- Understand and maintain product knowledge Assist customers with the purchase of a new vehicle Complete daily work activities Maintain customer satisfaction Other duties assigned Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Requirements: Previous call center experience is strongly encouraged Bilingual a plus!!! Professional appearance Extent communication skills Team oriented Basic computer skills Team Velocity experience preferred Business Development Center Representatives (BDC) Compensation: This is a full time position and we offer competitive compensation.
