
Remote Financial Aid Technical Administrator

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide high-level support for Financial Aid services, ensuring excellent customer service in every interaction
Process return to Title IV transactions and support functions, including revisions to financial aid awards
Review and monitor financial aid business processes and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve programmatic issues and implement system enhancements
Assist in training new staff and promote communication about financial practices and policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree required and must not be in default of a federal student loan
Familiarity with Return to Title IV (R2T4) processes
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with the Banner system
Strong computing skills in a PC environment, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to work some overtime as needed

Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Experience in assessing student needs over the phone or via email
