What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Sell Genius® POS and software solutions across retail, restaurant, and service verticals
Build a sales pipeline through prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking
Maintain accurate tracking of pipeline activity using Salesforce and Atlas CRM
Consult with business owners to improve operations and streamline payments
Collaborate with District Managers to identify opportunities and close deals
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven success in B2B field sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or merchant services
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time
Must reside within the area of the job posting
Ability to spend over 75% of time in the field meeting clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with modern POS systems and payments technology
Comfort in presenting both in-person and over video
Highly self-motivated and competitive nature
Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas
Familiarity with sales tracking software like Salesforce
