What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Sell Genius® POS and software solutions across multiple verticals, including retail and service sectors
Build and maintain a sales pipeline through prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking
Track sales activities accurately in Salesforce and Atlas CRM
Consult with business owners to improve operations and streamline payment processes
Collaborate closely with a District Manager to identify opportunities and close deals
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven success in B2B field sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or merchant services
Ability to spend 75% or more of time in the field visiting clients
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Highly self‑motivated and competitive, with a drive to exceed sales quotas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in selling payment solutions or POS systems
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Background in working with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
Demonstrated ability to develop long‑term client relationships
Comfort with both in‑person and virtual presentations
