What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Assist customers inside and outside a U‑Haul center with products and services

Utilize smartphone‑based U‑Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory

Clean, inspect, and maintain U‑Haul equipment, including trucks and trailers

Answer customer inquiries and provide education about U‑Haul offerings

Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment

What is Required (Qualifications):

Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to engage in physical activities, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs

Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks and safety precautions

Punctuality and availability for scheduled work shifts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience in customer service or related fields

Familiarity with rental equipment or moving services

Ability to obtain certifications for filling propane and driving a forklift

Strong communication skills to effectively assist and educate customers

Interest in participating in continuous education and training programs
